I love Nick Lowe. I only discovered him recently, when he did an incredible live show broadcast on All Songs Considered.

This song sounds so familiar, though I know I’ve never heard it. I imagine it’s either because it so perfectly captures the scene of music at that time, or, perhaps more likely, it was the inspiration for so much music of that time.
